01Who we are

Elite Golf Consulting is operated by Social Fire Solutions LLC ("Elite Golf Consulting", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms cover the Elite Golf Consulting iOS app, the community inside it, and this website at get.elitegolfconsulting.com — together, the "Service".

02Accepting these Terms

By downloading the app, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Service.

Your privacy is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

03Who can use it

You need to be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they accept these Terms on your behalf.

You also confirm you're not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you're not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

04Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account — keep your login details to yourself.
• One account per person. Don't share it, sell it, or transfer it.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.

You can delete your account at any time — here's exactly how.

05What it costs

The app and the community inside it are completely free. No trial, no card, no paywall on the 9 Pillars program, Ask-a-Pro, or the community.

We may introduce paid features in future. If we ever do, we'll say so clearly in advance, and anything you're already using free stays free for your current access period — we won't retroactively charge you for something you already had.

06What the app is — and what it isn't

Elite Golf Consulting is a golf performance tracker, journal and coaching resource. It's built from real playing and coaching experience, and it's meant to help you understand your game and improve it.

Talk to a doctor before starting or changing any physical training, especially if you have an injury or a health condition. Talk to a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions. Golf involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury — you play, practise and train at your own risk.

07AI features

Parts of the Service use AI to analyse your rounds and generate reports, summaries and suggestions. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading — treat it as one input into your thinking, not as fact, and use your own judgement. We don't guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

08Your content

Anything you post — rounds, notes, photos, community posts, questions — stays yours. You keep ownership.

By posting it, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and use it for the purpose of running and improving the Service. If you post something publicly in the community, that licence extends to showing it to other members.

You confirm you have the right to post what you post, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

09Community rules

The community only works if it stays a good place to be. Don't:

• Harass, abuse, threaten or demean other members.
• Post content that's illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent.
• Spam, scrape, or use the community to advertise or recruit without our permission.
• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your credentials or playing history.
• Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where it's reasonable to do so, we'll tell you why.

10Our content

The Service, the Elite Golf Consulting brand, and the 9 Pillars framework and its materials are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial golf improvement. You may not copy, republish, resell, or build a competing product from them without our written permission.

11Apple and the App Store

You download the iOS app through Apple's App Store, and a few things follow from that:

• These Terms are between you and us — not between you and Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app. If you need help, come to us.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (the app is free, so this amounts to nothing). Beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation.
• We — not Apple — are responsible for addressing any claims about the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and intellectual property claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
• You must also comply with any applicable third-party terms, including Apple's, when using the app.

12Third-party links and services

The Service links to and relies on third parties — the App Store, Instagram, YouTube, analytics providers, and others. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

13Changes to the Service

We're actively building this. Features will change, get added, and occasionally get removed. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We'll give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

14Ending it

You can stop using the Service and delete your account whenever you like.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, or if we need to for legal or security reasons. If we terminate your account without cause, you can ask us for a copy of your data first.

15Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any result, score improvement, or handicap change will follow from using it. Your golf is your own.

16Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Fire Solutions LLC and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

17Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

18Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we each consent to that jurisdiction.

19Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where the change is significant, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
