Matt Siporin: The Pro Who Never Stopped Chasing It

Professional golfer. Co-founder of Links Golf Collective. He's carded rounds of 60, 61, and 62, earned an Official World Golf Ranking, and traveled the world still working toward The Tour — and he never quit. That's the standard he brings to Elite Golf Consulting.

Every generation of golf has its household names. But the soul of the game has never lived on leaderboards alone. It lives in the player grinding on a Tuesday range in a town you've never heard of. The pro who tees it up in qualifying school and on mini-tours across the world — not because the money is guaranteed, but because the dream still is. The one who shoots 62 with nobody watching and shows up the next morning trying to shoot 61.

That's Matt Siporin. And that's exactly why he's one of the pros at Elite Golf Consulting.

Who is Matt Siporin?

Matt is a professional golfer and the co-founder of Links Golf Collective, a golf retreat and events company built on the belief that golf exists to link people, forge memories, and test what you're made of.

His playing credentials are the real thing. A standout college career at Cal State Northridge — top-10 finishes, sub-70 rounds, a run at the Big West Championship — launched a professional career that has taken him around the world. Matt holds player profiles with the PGA Tour and the European Tour, has earned an Official World Golf Ranking through professional competition, and owns a win on the Golden State Tour — the proving ground where future Tour players are forged. He has carded rounds of 60, 61, and 62.

And through it all, he never quit. That's what matters most about Matt — not the trophies, the refusal. The decision, made fresh every morning, that the dream is still worth the work. If you want to understand what improvement actually costs, learn from someone who's been paying that price his whole career.

What a life of competition taught him

Here's what professional golf taught Matt that most golfers never learn: golf was never meant to be played alone. The rounds you remember aren't the solo grind sessions. They're the matches with your best friend on the line coming up 18. The trips where the golf was great but the dinner table was better. The partner who told you to trust the read when your hands were shaking.

Connection. Teamwork. The mission to come together and win. That's the understanding Matt carried off the mini-tours — and it's the exact foundation he poured into Links Golf Collective, alongside his partner and fellow EGC mentor Ryan Byers.

The Streamsong Shootout

The flagship is the Streamsong Shootout — a two-man team event at Streamsong Resort in Bowling Green, Florida, September 2–6, 2026. Twelve teams, 24 spots, a prize pool north of $8,500, and three days of competition across Streamsong Red, Blue, and Black — three of America's most celebrated modern courses. Pressure you can feel, a partner you can lean on, and memories you can't buy anywhere else. Spots go first-come, first-served at linksgolfcollective.com.

Where to find Matt

You can find Matt in two places. Inside Elite Golf Consulting, where the standard he plays to — track everything, compete for something, never stop chasing it — is the standard we hold every member to. And inside The Country C1ub, where his full member spotlight tells the whole story — the college run, the world travel, and the movement he's building around the soul of golf.
